By using any SunSed services (including but not limited to sunsed.com, SunSed APIs, SunSed Cloud Platform), you confirm and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Therefore you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. In addition to you, SunSed user, this Policy also applies to your Covered users. You are responsible for notifying your Covered Users, if any, of this Policy's existence, as well as any amendments, updates, or changes made to this Policy, and agreeing to this Policy, as amended, updated, or changed from time to time, on behalf of all Covered Users.
Information Collection and Use
While using any of our services, we collect different personally identifiable information. This may include but is not limited to:
- All the information provided to create and maintain your SunSed account, such as your full legal name, email address and etc. SunSed uses this information to process and deliver your requested products, services, support, and continuously improve the SunSed services. SunSed also utilizes your information to prevent or identify fraud or other abuses, as well as to allow third parties to perform technical, logistical, or other services on its behalf
- Part of provided payment information for our paid services (such as the last four digits, billing address, and expiration date)
- Marketing preferences, all your communications with our support, technical and legal team, your responses and information you share through surveys and promotions; and
- All the information regarding your use of any of our products and services: this includes but is not limited to IP addresses, network and device information (such as your device's operating system type and version, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings), timestamps of your usage, changes, and modifications to your SunSed services including errors you may encounter.
General Retention Periods
We maintain your personal information for a period of time determined by the characteristics of the information, our use case for it, and the length of our ongoing relationship with you. When SunSed no longer has a business need for your information, they will either be deleted, removed, or redact any or all personal identifying aspects of the information, ensuring there is no way to link that information to you.
Third-Party Transfers of Data
We may transfer personal information to third-party services acting on our behalf when it is operationally required to deliver our Services. SunSed remains responsible if any of the third parties that we have transferred your personal information (received in the US) to, that is acting on our behalf, fails to maintain your information in accordance with SunSed privacy policies unless we can prove that SunSed is not responsible for the incident that caused the damage.
Disclosure
SunSed may disclose some or all of your personal information to appropriate third parties either through your written consent, the lawful processes to comply with any legal obligations, or if it is essential to provide you with a specific service.
Sensitive Information
We request you not to provide any sensitive information (including without limitation medical information, race, ethnicity, political, or religious beliefs) to SunSed. If you store or host sensitive information and material on SunSed Platform, It is completely your duty to keep such information private and to comply with relevant privacy regulations. SunSed is not liable for any sensitive data that you save on any of our servers or products.
Payment Processing
SunSed does not directly store your entire payment information. We use Stripe (PCI-Compliant) as a third-party payment processor which collects and stores your payment information on our behalf in order to process your payments. As a result, no one at SunSed has access to your actual card information.
Age of Consent
Use of our services and submission of any personal information for anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed. SunSed does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of consent.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.
Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site. As of right now, SunSed does not respond to DNT (do not track) signals.

Cloud Services
With respect to proper procedures for the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information using any of SunSed services, you are entirely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all applicable privacy guidelines and regulations for all jurisdictions in where you operate. SunSed will not be held accountable in any way for your failure to adopt and/or implement suitable security measures for personal information kept on SunSed services.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 9/25/2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
